Thinking SAFE operates three data centres in the UK that have been built to deliver the highest levels of resilience, availability and security. Our primary storage and deployment facility is based in Reading, with redundant storage facilities in London and Manchester.

Each of our data centres is protected by redundant mains power supplies, backup generators, and batteries to ensure resilience. Each data centre is connected to the internet by at least 3 network providers, using diverse routing to ensure resilience. Each data centre is also protected by VESDA fire suppression systems, and 24 hour guards with CCTV and access control.

DC-Reading is our primary backup storage and deployment facility for the UK, and is situated on the west side of Reading, providing rapid physical access to our network for disaster recovery.

DC-London is one of the most secure data centre facilities in the UK, and is situated in the heart of London Dockland, and provides redundant backup storage within easy reach of central London.

DC-Manchester is one of the most secure data centres outside of London, and is situated on the Manchester Science Park, providing redundant backup storage outside London.
